The Dentist Office Toolkit (DOT) is transitioning to Dental HUB. Dental HUB is currently used by other carriers and you may already be using this tool. The planned deployment for Dental HUB is September 27th, 2024.
Key Features of the Dental HUB:
- User interface: The new system will feature a user-friendly interface, making it easy to submit claims and pre-estimations (now called treatment plans) efficiently.
- Processing times: Back-end processes will be optimized to maintain turnaround times for claims processing and timely reimbursements for your practice.
- Enhancements: The Dental HUB offers free submission enhancements with the ability to include the necessary clinical attachments to expedite claims processing. The portal will also allow practices to update their own records.
Action Required:
Please register on the Dental HUB prior to the conversion date. We ask that you review the provided resources below to familiarize yourself with the upcoming changes and ensure your practice is prepared for the switch to the upgraded system. Delta Dental of Kentucky will be changing online tools for dentists as of 9/27/2024. As of 9/18/24, ALL Delta Dental of Kentucky members will now show in DOT with a termination date of 9/18/24. Most members with this specific term date are still active. Accurate eligibility will be available in the Hub as of 9/27/24.
