Delta Dental has the largest dental network in the nation.
Delta Dental PPO Plus Premier® Network
Allows members to choose any licensed provider. Members who choose a Delta Dental PPO™ network provider have the lowest out-of-pocket expenses and cannot be balance billed (participating dentists cannot charge a difference to the patient between the Delta Dental approved fee and submitted fee). Members who choose a Delta Dental Premier® network provider also cannot be balance billed.
Additionally, Delta Dental network dentists are not allowed to unbundle services and fees or charge for any service that was not agreed upon in the Delta Dental contract.
When services are provided by network dentists, members only need to pay deductibles, coinsurance, and non-covered services. Claims are submitted directly by the participating dentists.
Delta Dental Premier® Network
This network includes 90% of Kentucky dentists and over 153,000 dentists nationwide. While these dentists offer reduced fees, they are not as low as PPO fees.
Delta Dental PPO™ Network
This network includes 65% of Kentucky dentists and over 112,000 dentists nationwide. They provide services at the lowest fees and are part of Kentucky's largest PPO network.

DeltaVision plans grant access to the largest national network of independent eye doctors, with the VSP Choice Network comprising over 109,000 access points nationwide.

The dental and vision plans can be purchased as a bundle or separately. Enrollment is available at any time throughout the year – no open enrollment periods apply. Enrollments submitted by the 25th are eligible for coverage beginning the following month (or any future date).
